Finding cheap gas prices in your local city or town can be a torturous process of driving around from gas station to station in search of the lowest prices…which essentially causes you to waste more gas. We all know that gas prices are no longer considered cheap, but how do we cut costs and avoid spending exorbitant prices on gas??

GasBuddy.com does the work for you by finding the exact location/address of gas stations in your area that offer the most reasonable gas prices (updated within 48-hour periods). You can search by state, city and town to find locations that are most convenient for you. You can also search for the most expensive gas stations in order to avoid being trapped into buying overpriced gas.

I was able to find a gas station today on GasBuddy.com offering gas in my local city for $3.83, although the national average is currently about $4.10. Here’s a way to cut costs!!

Let’s face it, we do have to surrender somewhat to the rising gas prices in order to make the commute to work, school, etc. but not completely! Searching for cheaper gas stations and essentially boycotting those specific gas companies that feel as though they can cheat the public into spending more than necessary may convince them to play the game more fairly!?!?
