My Presidential Candidate Predictions Are Coming True. Let us look at my predictions on August 27, 2007: the Democratic Presidential Candidates.

Presidential Election 2008 - predictions August 27, 2007:
100hillary-clinton.jpg
1. Hillary Clinton

100barack-obama.jpg
2. Barack Obama

3. John Edwards

4. Bill Richardson

Current Rankings January 30, 2008:

1. Hillary Clinton - Will be next President of the USA

2. Barack Obama - Ranked 2nd in national polls and will be next after John Edwards to withdraw.

3. John Edwards - Ranked 3rd in national polls as well and is the next Democratic Presidential Candidate to withdraw from the race.

4. Bill Richardson - Ranked 4th in national polls and last of Democratic Presidential Candidates to withdraw from Race January 10, 2008, as well. So my ranking for him mirrored his withdrawal ranking as well.

Let’ look at my predictions on August 29, 2007: The Republican Presidential Candidates.

Presidential Election 2008 - predictions August 29, 2007:

100mitt-romney.jpg
1. Mitt Romney

100john-mccain.jpg
2. John McCain

3. Rudy Giuliani

100mike-huckabee.jpg
4. Mike Huckabee

Current Rankings January 30, 2008:

1. Mitt Romney - wouldnt discount him, still has the funds to go beyond Super Tuesday

2. John McCain - has the support of conservative base, but is running out of money, may get boost after Super Tuesday.

3. Rudy Giuliani - will withdraw next week from the race

4. Mike Huckabee - will withdraw next week

9. Ron Paul - Ron Paul 2008 will not be a reality. What a Surprise! Thank God. As I predicted he would be dead last. Let Ron Paul 2008 campaign rest in peace.

With John McCain’s win in Florida, his win in California and New York with huge delegates are not guaranteed, they can still goto Romney. McCain couldn’t have won the Florida primary without the support and endorsement of Republican Florida Governor Charlie Christ. It is highly likely McCain has made a deal with Christ, should he win the Republican Primary, he will tap Christ for the post of Vice-President.

Charlie Christ is popular with Republicans and Democrats in Florida. It was a calculated move by Christ to support McCain in return for a possible Vice Presidency. Unfortunately for him, he should have aligned with Mitt Romney, I believe that he will be very competitive in California, New York, and Pennsylvania.
